Sometimes you just want to read a story without all of the over hyped sex scenes and ridiculous dialogue that most people never say when they are in the heat of the moment. I honestly find myself skipping over what so many writers use in a pathetic attempt to cover their true lack of skill - writing a romance story with good character development and a solid and entertaining story line that pulls you in. Thanks to this author for showing that you can present an entertaining story without over the top raunchiness. The simple hint of a sexual encounter is sufficient for this reader to use my own imagination to create my own visual. I hope more authors will generate more 'clean' IRR stories for readers such as myself. Don't get me wrong, a bit of eroticism is fine and enjoyable when it is done tastefully and not in excess.Product details

Great book. I couldn't put it down. Tasha and Scott had their ups and downs, but it all worked out in the end. Some of the story I thought I knew which way it was going, but it steered me into a different direction. Loved it.
The perfect fairy tale romance. Every girl's wish. A tall handsome, somewhat brooding knight in shining armor. Loved the story line and the relatable characters.
This book had so many layers of emotions and touched on so many real real life issues that I felt deeply for Tasha and Scott. The trauma they both suffered affected them deeply and they needed each other more than they knew. This book was wonderfully written and a great read. I didn't want it to end.
I love how Scott was so open with his feelings, I even understood Tasha being so independent, but what made me want to go thru this book and smack her was letting people you already know that are nosey are don't have your best interest at heart dictate are shape the decisions you make...That's just cra cra!!!!
I agree with the other reviewer. The main character tasha was I have to say top 5 most annoying heroine. The flip flopping crap was annoying and Scott deserved an award for putting up with he.
Truly sweet,sexy,emotionally satisfying story. I was so in love with Scott...a man who suffered great losses,was able to find his way and light in Tasha. Tasha's is a battered land abused single mom determined to make it on her own ,fiercely independent, always on the defensive....but,...Scott broke through all the barriers to prove that she can love and trust again.
Tasha has suffered abuse at the hands of her ex husband. She was not looking to get into a relationship with any man. When she met her new boss, she was speechless. When Scott Blaine saw his administrative assistant for the first time, he was immediately attracted to her, until he glimpsed her wedding rings. He tried to shut down his reaction to her. Through the course of an event, Scott found that Tasha was divorced. Now there was nothing to stop his attraction to her, except Tasha herself. But attraction can lead to love, if she lets it.
